  • Shipped to United States addresses only
  • Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with exceptions for large and/or heavy packages which may be shipped via UPS Ground
     

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping from the United States to other countries is extremely expensive and often results in delivery times of 2-4 weeks or more. We want our customers to be satisfied when purchasing our products, and therefore encourage international customers to purchase our products through your local bike shop, or a re-seller closer to your region. International Shipping Notes:

  • Select from United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
  • For UPS shipments, our website will calculate the actual shipping cost after you have added the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, registered as a customer, and submitted a delivery address.

USPS to CANADA & INTERNATIONAL Shipping Notice

TRACKING FOR USPS INTERNATIONAL IS NOT OFTEN AVAILABLE ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES THE US BORDER. If you choose USPS international service, Wheels Mfg may not be able to TRACK, REFUND, REIMBURSE, OR RESEND packages that may be lost or damaged. Purchaser assumes full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. All import duties, fees and other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We suggest our regular UPS shipping choices when at all possible in order to ensure recourse for lost or damaged packages, as well as improved tracking information.

  • Shipping cutoff is 1:30 pm Mountain Time, Monday - Thursday and 12:00 noon Friday.

  • Tracking is available for every USPS Priority Mail package

  • Shipping cutoff is 1:30 pm Mountain Time, Monday - Thursday and 12:00 noon Friday.
  • Shipment time from 1 to 6 days depending on distance from Colorado
  • Does not include APO, FPO and PO Box addresses

  • Delivery Date is not guaranteed

  • 2nd Day Air cutoff is 3:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday - Thursday and 12:00 noon Friday.
