Wheels Mfg ships orders from our facility in Louisville, Colorado. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available carrier options are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, package size, package weight, and available services.
Free Shipping
Wheels Mfg may offer free ground shipping on eligible orders over $99 within the continental United States.
Free shipping eligibility, order minimums, and available services may vary by promotion, destination, product type, or shipping method. When free shipping is available, the eligible option will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping, when available, applies to eligible ground shipping orders shipped via USPS.
Domestic and International Shipping
We offer shipping through major carriers to customers in the United States and select international destinations. Available carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the shipping destination and available services.
Shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the selected shipping service.
Some services may not be available for all addresses, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote locations, oversized orders, or certain international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after the daily shipping cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed the next business day. Expedited shipping only changes the transit speed after the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, tracking updates and delivery timing are managed by the carrier.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery service. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by the destination country.
Wheels Mfg is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local delivery services, or unpaid import charges.
For international customers, we recommend checking with a local bike shop, regional reseller, or Wheels Mfg distributor when possible.
International Tracking and Delivery
Tracking visibility for international shipments may vary by carrier and destination. In some cases, tracking may be limited once a package leaves the United States or is transferred to a local delivery provider.
Wheels Mfg is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, refused, or abandoned international shipments once they have been accepted by the carrier, except where required by law.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Wheels Mfg is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to Wheels Mfg due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
