All orders placed by 12:00 midnight MST will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday only).

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • FREE United States Postal Service ground shipping for all retail domestic orders placed online above $75.00.
  • US orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Priority or United Parcel Service. Delivery times can be up to 7 days depending upon distance from our facility in Colorado.
  • If you require overnight delivery (U.S. only), please select UPS Next Day Air delivery. All overnight shipping fees will be charged to the purchaser.
  • If you select UPS shipping, the rate will be calculated at checkout by the UPS system software.  IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOX ADDRESSES.

United States Postal Service DOMESTIC Shipping Notice

USPS priority mail service doens not guarantee delivery time. Tracking is available for most deliveries. For guaranteed delivery, use UPS next day air or UPS 2nd day air service. 

We suggest our regular UPS shipping choices when at all possible in order to ensure recourse for lost or damaged packages, as well as improved tracking information.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Select from United Parcel Service or U.S. Postal Service.
  • For UPS shipments, this website will calculate the actual cost of delivery after you have added the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, registered as a customer and submitted a delivery address.
  • Shipments by U.S. Postal Service will be charged per the following table.

United States Postal Service INTERNATIONAL Shipping Notice

TRACKING FOR USPS INTERNATIONAL IS NOT AVAILABLE ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES THE US BORDER. If you choose USPS international service, Wheels Mfg will not be able to TRACK, REFUND, REIMBURSE, OR RESEND packages that may be lost or damaged.  Purchaser assumes full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. Your signature agreeing to these terms is required for all international shipments.

We suggest our regular UPS shipping choices when at all possible in order to ensure recourse for lost or damaged packages, as well as improved tracking information.
OUR GUARANTEE

All Wheels Mfg. products have a lifetime warranty and are 100% guaranteed to work for you upon purchase. We accept returns or refunds only if purchased directly from us. For a refund, a product must be purchased directly from Wheels Mfg. and must be returned in new condition with original packaging and receipt. Email us (customerservice@wheelsmfg.com) or call (1-800-361-8422) for a Return Authorization number. Freight charges to Wheels Mfg. are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept products purchased through Wheels Mfg. Authorized Resellers for exchange only. For refunds, please return the product to that Reseller. If the product was purchased from an internet seller or local bike shop, please return the product to them for exchange or refund.

Wheels Mfg will replace or refund defective products at our discretion.

 

DERAILLEUR HANGER EXCHANGES

We strive to maintain accurate derailleur hanger fit information, but if you ordered the incorrect hanger from a Wheels Mfg. Authorized Resellerbased on information on our website, we will exchange it for the correct hanger at no charge. Just email us (customerservice@wheelsmfg.com) or call (1-800-361-8422) for a Return Authorization number. Freight charges to Wheels Mfg. are the responsibility of the customer.

 

  BOTTOM BRACKET ADAPTER EXCHANGES

We strive to maintain accurate bottom bracket adapter compatibility information, but if you ordered the incorrect bottom bracket adapter from a Wheels Mfg. Authorized Resellerbased on information on our website, we will exchange it for the correct adapter at no charge. Just email us (customerservice@wheelsmfg.com) or call (1-800-361-8422) for a Return Authorization number. Freight charges to Wheels Mfg. are the responsibility of the customer.
