- Orders received by 1 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will ship the same day.
- FREE ground shipping on orders of $60 or more (Continental U.S. deliveries only).
- No orders are processed over the weekend or holidays.
- We do not hold backorders for out-of-stock items. Only the items appearing on your check-out screen will be considered as part of the order.

All Wheels Mfg. products are 100% guaranteed if purchased directly from us or from a Wheels Mfg. Authorized Reseller. If you have a product that you think is defective, please email us with an explanation of the problem and purchase information and we will reply right away. Freight charges to Wheels Mfg. are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Orders
- FREE United States Postal Service ground shipping for all retail domestic orders placed online above $60.00.
- US orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Priority or United Parcel Service. Delivery times can be up to 7 days depending upon distance from our facility in Colorado.
- If you require overnight delivery (U.S. only), please select UPS Next Day Air delivery. All overnight shipping fees will be charged to the purchaser.
- If you select UPS shipping, the rate will be calculated at checkout by the UPS system software.

Please be aware that although the United States Postal Service is sometimes a less expensive method of shipping, the USPS Priority Mail service does not guarantee delivery time nor does it provide tracking. If you choose the United States Postal Service as your method of shipping, Wheels Mfg. will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility.
We suggest our regular UPS shipping choices when at all possible in order to ensure recourse for lost or damaged packages, as well as improved tracking information.
