The simplest and quickest fix for installing 24mm OD spindle (Hollowtech II, Race Face and some FSA) cranks into a traditional BB30 bottom bracket shell. No glue, no bondo, no worries. These press fit into the 6806 bearing which is already installed in the BB30 shell. Beware of glue in inserts and all that BS. These are the real deal.
